Each submission must include a 500–1000 word narrative covering: Leadership & Vision: How the nominee demonstrates visionary leadership. Growth & Execution: Evidence of business expansion or contracts won. Impact & Influence: Contributions to the GovCon community, employees, or policy.
Finalists are chosen by a committee of past Pinnacle winners, Boardroom Council members, and respected external advisors.
